Service Content and Scope
LeeVPN provides international route subscription services on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with routes covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes. Available routes may change based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, and the connection requirements of target services. The content shown in the user panel represents the current service scope.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
The service is intended to improve cross-border connections and the experience of accessing international websites. It does not guarantee continued access to any specific website, application, content region, or third-party platform. Access results may change when third-party services modify their rules, interfaces, or regional policies.
Account, Subscription, and Device Rules
Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and ticket activity carried out under their accounts. If unusual account activity is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
An active subscription supports unlimited devices online at the same time. This rule is intended only for account holders managing their own devices; it does not permit an account to be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. Users may not split subscriptions for commercial distribution or provide route access to others through resale, relay, or other means.
Subscription traffic, active status, and available routes are determined by the records in the user panel. Connection problems caused by deleting configurations, changing system network settings, or using incompatible software do not alter the subscription's active status.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, and are responsible for activities carried out through their accounts. The service must not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activities.
Users may not conduct malicious probing, large-scale abuse, or attack testing against the service servers, route resources, or account systems, nor may they evade normal subscription and traffic management mechanisms. To protect service quality, LeeVPN may take restrictive measures against conduct that clearly affects other users' normal connections or threatens system operation.
Availability, Termination, and Liability
LeeVPN schedules maintenance, adjusts entry points, and changes routes according to route conditions. Device environments, local networks, third-party platforms, carrier links, and events beyond reasonable control may all affect connection results. When maintenance or an incident occurs, LeeVPN will investigate and restore service within a reasonable scope, but does not promise uninterrupted connections or identical performance for every route in every region.
LeeVPN may restrict features, suspend service, or terminate an account for violations of these terms, reselling or publicly sharing an account, interfering with system operations, or using the service for unlawful activities. Whether notice can be provided beforehand depends on the level of risk and the needs of the response. When a subscription expires or its traffic is used up, the corresponding route permissions will stop according to the account status.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeeVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by user device configurations, changes to third-party services, local network failures, or events beyond reasonable control, beyond the subscription service already provided. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without stated reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a ticket in the user panel so that the account and first payment records can be verified. Once a refund is completed, the corresponding subscription benefits will stop, and the refunded subscription may no longer be used.
LeeVPN may update these terms based on service content, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page, with the last updated date shown on the page serving as the version reference. Important changes affecting user rights or obligations will be announced through available on-site channels. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the updated content.
